THE old excuse 'I don't have time to workout' doesn't register with Antonio Cesaro.

The buff and built Swiss national is living proof that no matter how busy you are, there's always time to eat well and workout right.

As a WWE superstar - Cesaro is a busy man. There's the travelling, the shows, the media appearances, the interviews and meeting the fans.

If he can do it, so can you, he says.

"I weight train three days a week. Other days I do cardio, mobility training or stretching out," he said.

"I want to get better every single day. Every time I work out I want to get stronger and faster.

At the moment he's performing a lot of Olympic lifts, but that might not last much longer.

"I change workout out every month or two for something different. You need to keep challenging your body and muscles. Doing the same thing over and over and you'll get used to it.

Cesaro's only been featured on WWE television since 2012 and he's already gone on to accomplish so much.

He's held the United States Championship for 239 days, and he says the big one - the WWE Championship, is within his grasp.

"Being WWE Champion. That needs to be the goal of everyone in the WWE," he said.

"I'm a competitor.  I've been wrestling for quite a while now and I want to be the best.

"You always want gold on your waist and that's why I compete.

"The fans support that idea of me being WWE Champion from what I gather."

One of his most moves winning him fans all over the world at the moment is the 'Cesaro Swing' - a variation of the class giant swing where he grabs his opponents by the legs and swings them around in the middle of the ring.

But his longest swing, 31 times around, happened on the WWE Live tour to Australia earlier this year, he said.

"I had a blast down under. We did five cities in five days and it was great.

"I got up early, worked out, and took time to see each city. It was a very beautiful country, every city has nice sites and history to see.

"The Australian fans are great, very loud and passionate."

Antonio Cesaro can be seen every week on RAW (airs Wednesdays on Fox 8). He's also set to battle Los Matadores alongside partner Jack Swagger on WWE Pay Per View Hell in a Cell. It airs Monday on Main Event, 10am Queensland time.
