Wizards put up Wall to bring down Celtics in heated playoff

BASKETBALL: The Washington Wizards picked up a win over the Boston Celtics in a game that featured an incredible eight technical fouls and three ejections, while the Warriors continued their undefeated playoff streak.

John Wall scored 24 points, Isaiah Thomas was held to 13 in the Wizards' 116-89 victory to cut their series deficit to 2-1.

The game was already a blowout in the second when Washington's Kelly Oubre Jr. was ejected for charging and knocking over Kelly Olynyk after the Boston big man was called for an illegal screen.

In the Western Conference semi-finals Australian Dante Exum finished with seven points and two assists in Utah Jazz's loss to the Warriors.

Fellow Aussie Joe Ingles posted three points, four rebounds and two steals in his 21 minutes of action but it was not enough as the Warriors moved to a 2-0 lead after the 115-104 win.
