'Wellness Warrior' Jess Ainscough loses battle with cancer

SELF-proclaimed Wellness Warrior Jessica Ainscough has passed away following a long  battle with cancer.

The 30-year-old was diagnosed with incurable cancer when she was 22, and was told her only chance at prolonging her life would be to amputate her left arm.

Instead, she began dedicating her life to healing her body using natural treatments and created popular website The Wellness Warrior.

She left her job at Dolly magazine and soon moved back to her hometown of the Sunshine Coast.

She reportedly passed away on Thursday.
