Man in a wing suit flies through a 4m-wide mountain gap

The terrifying moment that daredevil Jeb Corliss leapt from a helicopter to fly in a wing suit through to a 4m fissure through has been captured on a helmet camera.

The footage is proving a world wide hit on Youtube as viewers get an in-the-action view of the dangerous manouvre,

The video the nailbiting flight through the eyes of the flier - 37-year-old base-jumper, Jeb Corliss, who flew through a crack in the 300m Langshan Mountain, Zhejiang Province in China.

"This is the greatest thing I've ever done up to this point. I am just so, so happy that we were able to do it," he told reporters after the jump.

Corliss has been skydiving since he was eighteen, and has jumped off famous landmarks including the Golden Gate Bridge, the Eiffel Tower and Angel Falls in Venezuela.
