LEMONS, lipstick, electrical tape and gladwrap - that's all you need to transform into Miley Cyrus, according to a hilarious video going viral on YouTube.

David Correos, who describes himself on his Facebook page as the Filipino definition of what the f...., promises insightful life advice, sweet dance moves and hilarious stories, all the while making you wonder just what the hell you've gotten yourself into.

His latest video certainly meets that description.

"Hello everybody and welcome to my Miley Cyrus costume tutorial,'' the clip opens with.

He explains that pulling off Miley's hairdo is a little difficult with black hair.

"To improvise Miley Cyrus' hairdo all you need is electric tape and some lemons.

"I'm using black electric tape because I have black hair.

Then there's lipstick before the gladwrap - but only "enough to cover the groin and bosoms".

"Now you should look real sexy - just like Miley Cyrus.

"Be the pop culture icon at your next Halloween party and dress like Miley 'cause she got more tweets than the Superbowl.''

Correos, still dressed in socks, then proceeds to gyrate and twerk in the toilet, using the pedestal as a foot stand.

He finishes the performance off with some tongue swirling action.

It's an image you're unlikely to get out of your head today.

At least Clive Palmer had his clothes on when he was twerking.
