A Hawthorn East house, previously owned by acclaimed restaurateur Kim Coronica, has hit the market less than a year after it last sold.
And its discounted sale price is bound to tempt buyers with an appetite for a bargain.
The four-bedroom property, which was designed by the co-owner of Vaporetto Bar and Eatery in Hawthorn, has a $2.75-$3 million price guide.

The Appetite for Excellence's 2010 Young Restaurateur of the Year sold 52 Harold St for $2.9 million last year after listing it with $2.95-$3.245 million price hopes.
Ms Coronica, who has run seven Melbourne restaurants throughout her career, including St Kilda's Sapore, Brighton's Florentine and Richmond Hill Cafe & Larder, built the house seven years ago.
Greg Hocking Persichetti agent Alby Tomassi said the vendors had made minor updates to the French-inspired property during their short time at the house.

"They added sheer curtains through(out), a German wind-sensor awning that covers the entire entertainment area, an underground water tank, and they have done some repainting," he said.
"There's also an amazing cellar encased in glass with a beautiful wall of wine and cheese display area."
The kitchen, custom-designed by Ms Coronica, includes a $50,000 Lacanche oven and a V-Zug combi oven that has settings for everything from canapes to cakes.

There's also an Electrolux induction cooktop the restaurateur used to win the 2010 award, an oversized Carrara marble benchtop and walk-in pantry.
She ran cooking classes from the house, which she designed with her father's company, Backman & Co.
Mr Tomassi said the ornate Edwardian-style facade and internal details were impressively accurate to the era's style.
It's scheduled to go under the hammer on July 20.
