THE white-haired grandmother who has been taking the modelling world by storm in recent months has revealed the beauty secrets behind her flawless complexion and luscious long locks.

Yazemeenah Rossi, 61, who was born in France but now lives in Malibu, is one of the most in-demand older models globally.

She says the secret to her luminous complexion is rubbing inexpensive olive oil over her face every day, while once a week she uses a homemade facial scrub of olive oil and fine sugar to gently exfoliate her skin.

She also runs rapeseed oil through the ends of her long white locks each day.

Yazemeenah also attributes her good looks to her nutrient-rich diet, with her largely organic diet revolving around vegetables, good-quality fish and meat and fruits and nuts - as well as eating one avocado a day.

Yazemeenah started modelling when she was 28, but got her big break in modelling aged 45.

Her characteristic white hair and flawless skin has seen demand for the model skyrocket, with Yazemeenah appearing in campaigns for international brands such as JD Williams and Marks & Spencer.

The modeling agency was established earlier this year, targeting the growing demand for more mature models and championing an age-positive movement in Australia.
