APT has opened its 2010-11 Tasmania holiday season with savings of up to $450 a couple on bookings made before July 30.

The deal price on the 12-day Royal Tasman Premier Escorted tour, for example, is $4120 per person (normally $4345), which visits the island’s main attractions and includes 21 meals, touring, cruising, hotels and entrance fees.

Solo travellers can save up to $617 on the single supplement price on some tours. For example for the 12-Day Royal Tasman Premier Escorted tour, solo travellers pay $4962, saving 50% on their single supplement.
