Surety wins Byron Bay Cup

Despite missing the start, Surety powered home to win Sunday’s Byron Bay Cup at Ballina by three lengths, making it back-to-back cup wins for the seven-year-old.


Surety has become somewhat of a Northern Rivers cup specialist, having won two Byron Bay Cups, a Kyogle Cup, Lennox Head Cup and a Bangalow Cup.


He is now being set for the Ballina Cup on September 9.
