Stucco duo plead guilty to murder

FATHER and son Gino and Mark Stocco, who were involved in a shootout with police last year, pleaded guilty yesterday to murder.

They were the subject of a two-week manhunt spanning three states before finally captured on a property near the New South Wales town of Dunedoo in October.

The property's caretaker, Rosario Cimone, 68, was found dead soon after their arrests. The Stoccos had been on the run for eight years over warrants relating to property damage.

They will be sentenced in August.
