Shop for green homes

PEOPLE wanting to build a more sustainable home now have a business offering to be a one-stop shop for everything environmental.

Self Sufficient Homes’ new showroom in Coffs Harbour was opened on Friday by the federal Member for Cowper, Luke Hartsuyker.

The business has positioned itself to deliver and support everything from architectually designing a home to take advantage of passive solar positioning to installing a solar power or wastewater treatment system.

Eco-friendly designer Nick Radford will help clients realise the huge cost savings possible when they design with the environment in mind.

The new showroom is at 26 Isles Drive, phone 6652 2718.
