Sex Party refuses anti-vaxxers advances

THE Australian Sex Party has refused to cuddle up to an anti vaccination group.

According to an article published by Business Insider Australia, Meryl Dorey of the Australian Vaccination-skeptics Network, wrote to the Sex Party asking what their position was on the government's "no jab, no pay" policy and the right of Australian citizens to make free and informed health choices for their families.

If she was looking for a little support from the otherwise liberal Sex Party, she didn't get it.

In a letter in reply, Darren Austin of the Australian Sex Party said: "The safety and efficacy of vaccination is not an area of scientific controversy.

"The claim that governments and scientists are all conspiring to mislead us for some nefarious purpose is absurd and irresponsible.

"We at the Australian Sex Party would like to encourage parents who are questioning what's right for their children, to follow the advice of scientific and medical communities, rather than charlatans and conspiracy theorists."
