SES recruitment drive offers chance to help your community

IF YOU have a passion for helping the community, volunteering with the SES may be just for you.

SES units across the Northern Rivers are recruiting for a range of positions that offer exciting experiences with accredited training opportunities.

A series of information sessions will be held across the region over the coming week, starting tonight.

  • Broadwater: opposite the Sunrise Caravan Park, from 7pm, Monday, March 2.
  • Urbenville: 24 Tooloom St, from 7pm, Monday March 2.
  • Pottsville (Tweed Coast unit): Centennial Dve, 7pm Monday, March 2, and Wednesday March 4.
  • Mullumbimby: Coolamon Dve, 9am, Tuesday March 3 and 12pm, Saturday March 7.
  • Lismore: Opposite the Westpac Helicopter base, Brunswick St, 7pm, Tuesday March 3.
  • Murwillumbah: 81-83 Riverview St, 6pm, March 3.
  • Banora Point (Tweed Heads unit): Pioneer Pde, 7pm Tuesday March 3, and Thursday March 5.
  • Kyogle: Ettrick St, 7pm, Wednesday March 4.
  • Woodburn: Uralba St, next to Woodburn Public School, 7pm, Wednesday March 4.
  • Ballina: Angels Beach Dr, 7pm Thursday March 5.
  • Tabulam: Bruxner Hwy, 7pm, Thursday March 5.
  • Casino: 1 East St, 10.30am, Saturday March 7.
  • Coraki: Richmond Tce, 1.30pm, Sunday March 8.
