THIS year's Bachelor Richie Strahan reveals his inner thrill seeker in the first look at the upcoming fourth season of The Bachelor.
The Perth native, who works on oil rigs as a rope technician, is seen driving motorcycles, jet skis, boats and sports cars in the new clip released by Channel 10.
He also admits to finding the show's cocktail parties and rose ceremonies more terrifying than abseiling or any of his other extreme hobbies.
Strahan will treat a bevy of 22 bachelorettes to a series of extravagant dates including one from a suspended "love platform" over a cliff top to a romantic candlelit dinner in a forest.
"I'm ready for this. I'm prepared to go through this crazy process again and I'm hoping one of these girls is the one for me," he said.
"I guarantee the dates will be incredibly fun. The girls will be laughing the whole time they are with me."
The 31-year-old rose to fame last year in the first season of The Bachelorette as one of four finalists who introduced their family and friends to Sam Frost.
