Ram-raid on Westpac leaves staff needing treatment for shock

BANK staff in Sydney's CBD were treated for shock following a brazen armed robbery where a stolen 4WD rammed through an ATM wall.

Armed with sledge hammers three men allegedly stormed in through the wall opening and stole money from tellers at a bank on Kent St.

They then made off in a blue Subaru sedan which was waiting outside with a driver.

No one was injured.

Anyone with information can phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
