PROPERTY experts Veronica Morgan and Bryce Holdaway return to help more Aussies house hunt in Location, Location, Location Australia.

The ASTRA-nominated series sees the hosts helping everyone from first-home buyers to downsizers to siblings and grey nomads find and secure their dream home.

In the third series, Morgan and Holdaway scour the real estate markets of Brisbane, Cairns and the Sunshine and Gold Coasts in Queensland, Sydney's Northern Beaches, Adelaide and Melbourne's beachside suburbs.

Holdaway said low interest rates had boosted buyer confidence, compared to the previous series.

"I found it different in terms of the lack of anxiety," he said.

"It was a decision whether it was A or B, not should I or shouldn't I buy?"

Morgan's home town of Sydney has already seen a significant recovery from the Global Financial Crisis.

"There's always strength in the Sydney market," she said.

"In the inner west, which is where I live and where my office is, our clearance rates hit 90% a couple of weeks ago. In my 13 years of real estate I've never experienced that before. A normal market is 60%."

After house hunting in Noosa in the previous series, they return to the Sunshine Coast this year to look around the central areas of Maroochydore, Buderim and Kings Beach.

"It's a beautiful part of the world," Holdaway said.

Morgan has her sights set on an entirely new type of property for the next series.

"I'd love to buy a ski chalet for someone," she said.
