Committee member, Leah Kapral, said the new website was developed to assist the community to find out what is happening in their community centre and to promote the Centre as a high quality venue in North Byron.

"With our bookings increasing, it made sense to have a website that is a central spot for all the latest information. It's a great place to find out what's on and see when the Centre is available to hire," she said.

The purpose built Community Centre features an auditorium, complete with stage and commercial kitchen, and can host 300 people standing or 182 seated. Plus, there is a breakout meeting/activity room for another 30 guests.

From weekly workshops to weddings, the Ocean Shores Community Centre has flexibility for large or small groups and is home to many activities for all age groups.
