Mullum’s first loss

Mullumbimby Giants
The Giants suffered their first loss of the season, going down 26-12 to Lower Clarence at Yamba on the weekend.
It was a disappointing result for the Mullum side which failed to take advantage of the wind in the first half.
Lower didn’t waste it in the second half though, putting on 22 points.
Despite the loss, the Giants share the NRRRL lead at the top of the table on six points with Grafton Ghosts.
Byron Bay Red Devils’ game against Evans Head at Evans Head was washed out last Saturday and was rescheduled to be played last night at Evans Head.
