WHILE Tropical Cyclone Marcia is over and the heavy rain and flooding on the Northern Rivers has eased, some roads are still out of order, and the weather is still looking a bit grim.

The Bureau of Meteorology has cloudy and wet weather forecast for the Northern Rivers this week.

For the rest of today BoM said there is a 70% chance of showers with a chance of thunderstorms inland during this afternoon and early evening.

Southerly winds of 15 to 25 km/h are predicted for the middle of today, lightening in the late evening.
