Moore misses Boks clash for birth of child

WESTERN Force hooker Tatafu Polota-Nau appears set to start against South Africa in Perth on Saturday following the withdrawal of Stephen Moore.

The former skipper has pulled out of the Rugby Championship clash to stay in Brisbane with is wife, who is expecting his third child.

Moore, who stepped down from the captaincy in July, will return for the September 16 clash with Argentina in Canberra.

NSW Waratahs hooker Tolu Latu will replace Moore in the squad after overcoming a neck injury that had ruled him out of the opening two Bledisloe Cup clashes.

The rest of the Wallabies' squad is unchanged for thengame against the Springboks at nib Stadium.

The Wallabies sit third on the Rugby Championship table after just one bonus point in the opening two rounds against the All Blacks.

South Africa top the standings after two convincing wins against Argentina.
