A CLUNES stuntman married Riley Keough earlier this month in a wedding fit for the granddaughter of the king of rock'n'roll.
Former Mullumbimby Shearwater Steiner school student Ben Petersen-Smith said "I do" to Elvis' granddaughter on February 4, in an intimate wedding which took place in a wine cave at Calistoga Ranch in Napa, California.
The couple met on the set of the upcoming Mad Max movie Fury Road, where Mr Petersen-Smith was doing stunts and Ms Keough played one of five wives in the movie.
Last August, a Facebook post by Mr Petersen-Smith showing a gleaming engagement ring confirmed the upcoming nuptials.
"So that happened," Mr Petersen-Smith posted about the diamond engagement ring.
Mr Petersen-Smith told Hello! magazine about the ceremony in front of 80 family and friends including John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Riley's mother Lisa Marie Presley and grandmother Priscilla.
"I'd say it was the best day of my life. I don't want to be cliché, but it was. I wouldn't change anything," he said.
Other celebrity guests included Lenny Kravitz' daughter Zoe, Kristen Stewart, and Fifty Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson, who was Ms Keough's bridesmaid.
The 25-year-old actress wore a long-sleeved vintage French lace gown by designer Delphine Manivet.
"I wanted the dress to be simple and long sleeved and made of lace," she told Hello! magazine.
"Delphine made exactly what I wanted. I'm not very flashy; I wanted it to be very simple."
Her brother Ben Keough served as a groomsman, while her 6-year-old twin sisters Finley and Harper were the flower girls.
"It was the most beautiful, amazing, fun day and night," Ms Keough told Hello!
"It was every single person I love in one place." The only glitch, it seems, was when Ms Keough's French bulldog Grubs wasn't allowed to be part of the wedding.
"[He] ended up misbehaving during the wedding rehearsal so we had to tell him he couldn't be the ring dog," she said.
The couple enjoyed a two week honeymoon in Hawaii and are currently in Canada working on a film and TV series.
This is the first marriage for the couple, after Ms Keough was engaged to Alex Pettyfer in March 2012.
