Youngest dolphin at Marine Magic dies
DOLPHIN Marine Magic is deeply saddened to announce the loss of the youngest member of its dolphin family Ji- Ling.
Ji-Ling, or Ji as he was affectionately known, recently became unwell and was being closely cared for by expert veterinary professionals from both inside and outside the Coffs Harbour attraction's animal care team.
Unfortunately he did not recover and Ji passed away on Tuesday evening.
All of the team members at Dolphin Marine Magic are devastated by the loss and will be working closely as a team to provide ongoing support and care for the rest of the dolphin family.
A full post-mortem examination will be carried out to determine the cause of Ji's circumstances.
