LETTER: Industry intrudes on Bangalow

BANGALOW: Is it it just that little bit too precious about itself?
BANGALOW: Is it it just that little bit too precious about itself? Christian Morrow

WELL, who knew the denizens of Bangalow were such precious petals?

How alarming that their world of "the top shelf of fine dining, art, fashion, design and innovation” is to be intruded upon by industry.

This expansion of the existing industrial estate some 2.5km out of town will provide employment for many people but of course not for the Bangalow unemployed with their soft tertiary degrees or diplomas in film, media or design of no value to any employer.

No not from them. This is unskilled factory work only for the likes of "rev head westies” from Lismore, Casino and Kyogle.

How awful for you all.
