BASKETBALL: LeBron James says Andrew Bogut will bring depth to Cleveland's roster but that the Australian's imminent arrival will not change the dynamic of a team chasing back-to-back NBA titles.

James said the team faced many challenges in attempting to defend its crown but the signing of Bogut and Deron Williams from the Dallas Mavericks did not change the focus.

"Our process is the same," he said.

"How can we get better every day and put ourselves in a position so we can compete for a championship?

"It's the same storyline."

When asked what Bogut and Williams would add to the team, James said: "Depth - and we need it."

James was also full of praise for Bogut, saying: "He likes to compete.

"He will do whatever it takes to help his team win, so I respect that."
