JUSTIN Bieber has delivered a tongue-in-cheek apology after swearing and making rude gestures to a camera crew who captured a glimpse of the controversial star on the Sunshine Coast.

Bieber, who is staying on a luxurious Makepeace Island resort in the Noosa River, quotes student Jonah Takalua from the Australian mockumentary Summer Heights High in his video, posted to Instagram today.

WARNING: Video contains swearing.

SORRY BEN - If you don’t get the context its from an Australian TV show called "Summer Heights High".

The first quotes are in reference to a scene in which Jonah, played by Chris Lilley, claims he wasn't really swearing at a teacher.

The rest are from a scene in which a teacher forces Jonah to apologise to a student he has bullied.
