Contract awarded to start work on new hospital at Ewingsdale
THE early works contract for the construction of the $80 million Byron Central Hospital has been awarded to Brookfield Multiplex.
The State Government committed $1.5 million in the 2014/15 Budget for planning and early works.
Main works construction is set to begin in 2015.
