GREENS candidate for Lismore Adam Guise will have Senator Scott Ludlam by his side in Murwillumbah later this week in an effort to galvanise support in his electorate's northern end.

The Greens will stage a policy-focused campaign launch at the Murwillumbah Community Centre from 4pm on Friday.

Tweed candidate Andrea Vickers, Ballina hopeful Tamara Smith and upper-house contender Dawn Walker will join Mr Guise and Mr Ludlum at the launch.

"Lismore is a big electorate and it is important we represent the diversity of the entire region," Mr Guise said.

Mr Guise spent last Sunday door-knocking, hoping to rally the community to help with his electoral battle. Part of the meeting on Friday will focus on community campaign training.

"The Murwillumbah meeting is a chance for new and old supporters to come forward and get involved in the campaign," Mr Guise said.
