Graham Annesley resigns to join Gold Coast Titans

THE NSW Government has lost its second cabinet minister in a month.

Sports minister and Miranda MP Graham Annersley tearfully announced his resignation during parliament question time on Wednesday.

The former rugby league referee, who was instrumental in changing corruption in sport legislation last year, is headed north of the border to take up the role of Gold Coast Titans CEO.

It comes just weeks after NSW Finance Minister Greg Pearce was sacked over claims he failed to disclose a conflict of interest.
