Going to the gym could make you fat

IN news that has shocked gym junkies around the world - a new study has found a quarter of gym users gain weight when they start exercising.

According to the study new gym goers stack on weight because they allow themselves a high calorie snack after their work out.

The survey found that 39% of people only burn 300 calories during a gym session - with 26% of gym goers putting on weight after starting regular exercise.
