STAFF at a shop in a US shopping mall have made a very public display of resigning at the same time - with a giant resignation letter taped to the door of the shop.

The letter reads "Dear Jamie, Since you deided to say 'cancer is not an excuse' and think i'ts OK to swear at you employees all the time ... we quit."

The letter goes on to  make accusation of staff abuse, as the manager, co-manager and key holder quit in the middle of a peak shopping period.

It ends with "We aren't allowing it anymore", and is signed by Niki, Jess and TJ.

A photo of the letter was posted on popular website reddit, where it has attracted more than 1000 comments and sparked a rapid spread of the story across the internet.
