Former Noosa girl amongst Richie's Bachelor beauties
A FORMER Noosa resident is amongst 22 women hoping to catch the eye of this year's Bachelor Richie Strahan.
Vintaea Carlos is described as a massage therapist in Channel 10's statement released with a group photo of the 'bachelorettes' at the reality dating show's new mansion outside Sydney.
Ms Carlos, 25, is pictured in the middle of the back row in a sparkling gold dress.

Ms Carlos was born in Yeppoon and grew up in Pomona, where her mother still lives.
She was a member of the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club along with her younger sister Majella.
APN's Noosa News reported in 2012 the sisters were training five days a week at the club in the hopes of qualifying for the Olympics.

She told APN she applied for the reality dating show to challenge herself.
"I didn't have a high school formal so I thought I could finally get the chance to wear a gorgeous dress. Kidding!" she said.
"I wanted to put myself out there, challenge myself to see if I could do it."
Channel 10 also released a video with the first look at Strahan's introductions to the women.
