Brunswick Fairtastic is all about fun

BRUNSWICK Heads Public School is upping the fun factor at tomorrow's Fairtastic fundraiser in a bid to overhaul the student playground.

Part-time teacher Verity Bee Giant said this year's $20 pass would allow children unlimited rides on the Super Slide, Tea Cup & Saucer family ride, Jumping Castle, and giant inflatable Bumper Balls.

"Aside from adding the Bumper Balls to the entertainment line-up, another big achievement of this year's committee was securing more than $4500 in prize donations from local businesses and school families," she said.

"That's about 80 individual gift vouchers and items, and all of them will be won on the night via the Chocolate Wheel, which we've renamed the Wheel Of Winning!"

Money raised from the event will go towards a $25,000 interactive custom playground consisting of a climbing wall, cubby spaces, slides and a rooftop play village.

Fairtastic will be held tomorrow from 4-8pm, with plenty of food stalls and community entertainment for all.

Brunswick Heads Public School is located on Fingal St. To find out more about the event, visit www.facebook.com/ Fairtastic.
