Ex-Cyclone Debbie's "eye" now passing over Brisbane
The "eye" of ex-Tropical Cyclone Debbie is passing over Brisbane, causing destructive wind gusts in many areas.
The Bureau of Meteorology said strong, gusty winds in excess of 100km/h were now a concern for residents in southeast Queensland.

The Bureau of Meteorology recorded 115km/h wind gusts at Redcliffe at 6.40pm and 107km/h at Maroochydore at 5.20pm.
Gold Coast residents were also being warned of gusts of up to 125km/hr as the remnants of Cyclone Debbie tracked further south.

LOCKYER Valley Regional Council has revoked an earlier order for residents to vacate their properties due to a high flood risk.
Residents in low-lying areas of Laidley and Forest Hill were earlier told to leave their homes due to rising floodwaters.

The area has received around 40mm of rain since 9am this morning.
Meanwhile, a severe storm warning issued for southeast Queensland has also been cancelled.
The Bureau of Meteorology had earlier warned severe thunderstorms were detected on the weather radar near Lake Samsonvale, Dayboro and Mount Nebo.
