Essendon club review findings set to go public this week

THE findings of Essendon's internal review into processes at the club, led by former Telstra boss Ziggy Switkowski, could be made public as early as today.

The club commissioned the review in February after becoming aware it was about to become embroiled in the Australian Crime Commission's report into drugs in sport in Australia.

Essendon's board was briefed early on Monday and the AFL later in the day.

Much of the review's findings will be kept secret due to the ongoing ASADA investigation, although recommendations could see action taken against members of the club's management.
