KIERAN Foran's Warriors debut was over before it started, with the five-eighth tweaking his hamstring in the warm-up ahead of Sunday's clash with the Dragons.

Foran was ruled out and the Warriors went on to lose 26-12.

Coach Stephen Kearney is confident Foran can recover from the setback in time to face the Titans and has named him in the No.6 jersey for Sunday's clash.

"Kieran felt a twinge in his hamstring and in the warm-up and it wasn't worth the risk to play him,” Kearney said.

"He had good power in the leg at the time and has responded well since. He's making good progress.

"We're certainly hopeful he will be able to play and will give him every opportunity to prove his fitness.”
