Dance teacher accused of naked photos, grooming for sex

A TEACHER at a high-profile dance studio, which was shut down in the midst of a child-sex scandal last month, now faces almost 50 criminal charges.

Grant Davies, a former star instructor at RGD Dance in Sydney's Chiswick, is accused of taking photographs of naked female students and grooming them for sex.

The alleged victims were aged between nine and 11.

Following his arrest last month, the 39-year-old was charged with 10 child-sex related offences.

On Wednesday, at Burwood Local Court, he was charged with 37 additional offences including aggravated sexual and indecent assault.

Investigations are continuing.
