Crunch game at Kyogle

Byron Bay will travel to Kyogle this Saturday in what is expected to be a crunch match.

Kyogle are second on the ladder and Byron Bay are fourth.

The Bay need to step up to the plate if they are going to be a threat in this year’s finals.

The Bay have had a few bad injuries this year with a number of key players out for the season.

But on the good side Dean Standage and Ryan Chidgey look like returning from having to find work down south and Josh Smith may be coming back after a two year break and is looking very fit.

Byron are playing a good style of rugby and are leaning the lesson of patience and sticking to a plan.

Last game against Yamba many of Byron’s players were playing out of position, but never gave up and played right to the end which will have to happen when they play finals footy.

All supporters wanting to go to the game are welcome to come to the Rails and travel on the bus leaving from the Rails at 11.40am.
