Changes for rescue squad

The marine and road divisions of the Brunswick Valley Rescue Squad are now operating independently.

Under a reorganisation of coastal rescue groups, the newly-named Brunswick Marine Rescue operates out of the tower on the south wall of the Brunswick River under the umbrella of Marine Rescue NSW.

The tower is manned by volunteers from 6 am to 5 pm daily, with a stand-by station monitored after hours.
