Case delayed again against bikies in alleged home invasion

THE case against four alleged bikies, charged over a violent home invasion at Coffs Harbour, has been delayed once again.

Alleged Lone Wolf sergeant at arms Michael Why and associates, Nathan Ryan, Saia Militoni and Wade Hallgath, were expected back before the Coffs Harbour court on Tuesday but charges were relisted for September 10.

Police allege gang members broke into a Cook Dr man's home and almost bashed him to death on Father's Day, 2011.

The men charged over the home invasion are among 10 accused bikies awaiting commital for participating in a criminal group.

Those charges will return to a Sydney court on October 18.
