Car crashes into guard rail, causes traffic pileup

Emergency services have rushed to a busy Bli Bli road on Tuesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a car crashed into a guard rail on Blanch Cres and Wray Walk, near Sunshine Castle, about 10.10am.

Firefighter sees threat growing on Noosa North Shore

The car then subsequently crashed into at least two other vehicles.

Three people were assessed at the scene, with only one needing further treatment.

The patient was taken to Nambour Hospital and was in a stable condition.
