The classic rail cars which will soon lie on those tracks is currently at the Lithgow State Mine Railway until it is brought via train and truck to Byron Bay in November.
While it is in Lithgow, the train is being used once or twice a month on country and city excursions as well as lunch and dinner parties with live music.
