Byron rattle Raiders

The Byron Bay under-nines White rugby league team played Tweed Coast Raiders at home and were in great form from kick-off.

Some excellent defence saw the Raiders halted and pushed over the sideline.

Byron used the possession and attacked with grinding plays and a team effort for good field position.

The boys displayed faultless ball handling and individual brilliance, scoring tries close to the line from dummy-half, and out wide using their pace.

Tim Goodard was given the Best and Fairest for the game.
