Bread the only victim of truck rollover at Gogango

UPDATE: Reports indicate two empty coal train wagons were derailed when they were stuck by the rolled truck.

No train crew were injured in the incident.

EARLIER: SHOPS in the region may be short of bread today following a truck rollover on the Capricorn Hwy outside of Gogango overnight.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said emergency services were called to reports a truck carrying bread had rolled at about 11.30pm.

"When we arrived the driver was out of the truck and not injured," the spokeswoman said.

"The truck was off the road on the Hwy about 5km west of Gogango. There was a fuel leak."

Reports indicate bread was the only victim of the crash.
