Brandolini's animated music video a hit

CLUNES singer-songwriter duo Gabriel and Cecilia Brandolini have joined forces with a team of animators in the UK to unveil a stunning video clip for the single Vessels of Mine.

The song is the first release from their upcoming album, Vessels.

The music video, launched on June 1 on YouTube, was developed by University of Hertfordshire students Ben Clube, Ben Casey and Matt Smart as an end-of-year project.

Gabriel Brandolini emailed the animators and offered to merge their music and video project.

The result has got everyone involved so happy that they are already discussing merging another animation with an upcoming release by the local siblings.

The University of Hertfordshire is a public research university based largely in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, south of England.

Gabriel Brandolini is very happy with the collaboration.

"Considering that we have never met in person, we could not be happier with the official video clip of our first single for the new album," he said.

Production, mixing and mastering of the song's audio for this video was done by Mullumbimby producer Kamal Engels.

Gabriel and Cecilia will be launching their new album, Vessels, on Saturday, June 20, at the Mullumbimby Civic Memorial Hall, 55 Dalley Street, Mullumbimby, from 5.30pm, supported by Angeline Polidano and the No Frills Twins.
