HAVING five computers running simultaneously wasn't enough to secure the best tickets to entertainer Justin Bieber's Brisbane concert.

Toowoomba's most dedicated Bieber fan, Laura Harrigan, was pinning her hopes on purchasing a $500-VIP meet-and-greet ticket for the November event.

However despite having a number of computers logged into the ticket website, Laura only managed to get tickets for row A.

"I will be right near the stage," she said.

"The concert would have sold out in minutes."

For the past four years, the 18-year-fan has dedicated some of her spare time to achieving her goal of meeting her musical idol.

She has written letters to television stations, music promoters and even US celebrity talk show host, Ellen (who is know for making dreams come true).

She has even uploaded a movie to YouTube for 366 consecutive days detailing why she should meet the 19-year Canadian born singer.

"I will head down to Brisbane on the day of the concert and hopefully be able to follow him around town," she said.

The November concert will be the second time Laura has seen the pop star who she credits with "changing her life for the better".
