Benefit to aid Bash event

To celebrate the end of this year’s annual Variety Club Bash, a ‘Bash Benefit’ will be held in Byron Bay on Tuesday, August 31.

The benefit will be held at The Brewery and will feature performances by John Paul Young and Katherine Britt.

People can meet the Bash entrants and check out the Bash cars.

There will also be raffles and auctions, with all money being donated to Variety – the Children’s Charity.

This year’s NSW Variety Bash, which will cover 3557km, will end in Byron Bay on Monday, August 30.

It’s Australia’s most successful charity motoring event and is the focal point of the fund-raising efforts by many hundreds of supporters of Variety.

The Brewery will donate all the food and there will be two free drinks per person.

The bash benefit will start at 7pm and the cost is $40 per person. Tickets are available from The Brewery.
