Bangalow Mad Hatter's party

Bangalow Public School is holding a ‘Mad Hatter’s Tea Party’ in the school grounds to coincide with the annual Billycart Derby on Sunday, May 16, from 9am until 3pm.

President of the school’s P&C, Michelle Spry, said the event was a great opportunity to raise funds for the school.

“The Billycart Derby is a terrific event and the school is located in a prime position at the end of the racing track,” she said.

“Visitors can relax in leafy surroundings before the start of the next race.

“We’re hoping people will bring along a crazy hat, have some fun and enjoy the refreshments we have to offer.”
