Authentic island experiences
ADVENTURE World has launched its inaugural remote South Pacific collection, First Footprints, designed for the bold traveller looking for authentic experiences at island destinations that continue to embrace their centuries-old traditions and culture.
Time has stood still in the First Footprint locations of Mare, Lifou and Ouvea in The Loyalty Islands - New Caledonia, Tanna, Pentecost, Malekula in Vanuatu, Tonga, Niue, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Atiu - Cook Islands.
And for the first time, Australian travellers will be able to visit the untouched and unaffected natural beauty of these remote locations.
Adventure World head of project Diane Moynihan said they are delighted to announce the First Footprints collection.
"We have identified a demand for more authentic experiences in the South Pacific. Befittingly, we've responded to our consumers' needs with a collection of island destinations that are relatively undiscovered and unspoilt; and certainly a far cry from the beaten tracks of the tourist masses," said Ms Moynihan.
The First Footprints collection offers 17 new unique experiences including a five night Tropical Experience Papua New Guinea, a seven night Finding Nemo Solomon Islands tour and a seven night Beachfront Escape to Ouvéa in the Loyalty Islands.
"This new island collection offers more choice for Australian travellers looking to immerse themselves in authentic local culture in unspoilt locations, and enjoy the natural and unaffected beauty of these remote islands destinations," Ms Moynihan said.
