ASHTON Kutcher is close to signing a $10 million advertising deal with a computer company.

The 'Two And A Half Men' star - who was the face of camera specialists Nikon in 2009 - is deliberating whether to pen an endorsement deal with Lenovo, which will see him posing with technological gadgets in a number of adverts, according to the New York Post newspaper.

The 35-year-old actor is still trying to settle his bitter divorce with Demi Moore after the screen beauty demanded spousal support, payment of legal fees and an eight-figure settlement due to Ashton's investment in a venture capital fund worth a reputed $100 million.

Ashton has started up technology company A-Grade, a partnership with Madonna's manager Guy Oseary and billionaire Ron Burkle, and he owns a 20 per cent stake in it.

A source said: "Ashton made a lot of money after [he and Demi] married, but he doesn't believe he owes her as much as she's asking for."

Ashton and Demi were married in September 2005 and although they had no children together, the actor is close with her three daughters Rumer, 24, Scout, 22, and Tallulah, 19, with ex-husband Bruce Willis.

The Hollywood star is currently dating Mila Kunis and the loved-up couple are keen to tie the knot in England as soon as his marriage to Demi is officially ended in court.

A source said previously: "Mila and Ashton have fallen in love with the UK. They are desperate to get married as soon as possible because they want to start a family and are slightly old-fashioned about these things."
