IT'S all happening next week. The 24th Bellingen Jazz Festival is on August 16, 17, 18.

As always, the line-up aims at providing something for everyone. There's an array of blues, traditional, contemporary, gypsy swing, big band, mainstream, choral and many performances which cross the borders.

The Jazz Festival program can be downloaded from the website and it's also an excellent source of other information.

The star-studded line-up includes players from Melbourne, Sydney, southern Queensland and places in between, including the highly talented locals. Younger up-and-coming players are well- represented in all styles.

"The committee has created a program that's entertaining, enlightening, varied and engaging," festival president Chris Frater said.

"And at an affordable price for all."

Weekend or day/night passes can be purchased via the web site, at Roots Records Bellingen or call 6655 1053.
